大阪・梅田エリアにある西日本最大のゲイタウン・堂山町の南側にある「兎我野町」。 ちょっと変わった字面の地名だが読みは「とがのちょう」で正解である。 地名の説には「都祈野」と称する古代朝鮮新羅の言葉で「日の出」を意味するウリナラ起源説もあるなどさすが大阪民国ならではの難読地名だ。 で、この兎我野町も堂山と同様にいかがわしい雰囲気全開の街並みが広がっている。 曽根崎、小松原町、堂山町、太融寺町、そして兎我野町とキタの繁華街が広がっている中の南東部にあたる一角。 のっけから怪しい店の看板ばかりで俄然鼻息が荒い。 兎我野町の街中を見ればホテルか無料案内所しかない。 堂山町だけでお腹いっぱいな気もするのだが兎我野町も終始こんな感じなので、この街はどれだけ特殊産業がお盛んなのかと感心させられる。 無料案内所の数だけソッチ系の店の数も多いという事である。 もうゲップが止まらないんですけど。 兎我野町の一角にある雑居ビル。 一瞬某チェーン系カレーショップの店舗かと見紛うようなデザインの看板が目立つがよくよく見ると 「CoCo情報屋」… カレー屋と間違えて店に入ったらピンサロとかハプバーなんぞを案内されてしまうわけですね。 同じ歓楽街の十三でもこのテのパクリ風俗店ないし無料案内所の看板がド派手で、さすが大阪民国、朴李文化が旺盛ニダね！とほくそ笑んでしまう訳だが。 さらに笑えるのがこの無料案内所が以前はローソンやファミリーマートのデザインをまんまパクった店舗（同じく無料案内所）で、経営者が売防法違反でしょっぴかれてしまいニュースになっちゃったのだ。 その上のセクキャバ「ルパン三世」は一切改変なしでそのまんま使われているのである。 ちなみに十三には地名とひっかけてロゴだけ改変した「ルパン十三世」があったが、やはり著作権的にマズイのか取り払われていた。 ここもそのうち… 兎我野町・太融寺町界隈はこうしたピンク系の雑居ビルやラブホが寺町に囲まれて密集している。 何とも怪しげな一帯だ。 その他、付近の雑居ビルは概ねこんな感じ。 某菓子メーカーの某製品をパクったデザインの店がここにも。 堂山町は普通の居酒屋や飲食店も混在しているのに対して兎我野町は殆どこうした店舗が街を占領している印象がある。 付近には堂山町と同じく客引き注意を促す看板が置かれている。 兎我野町は以前から夜な夜な東南アジア系外国人立ちんぼ女が出没するエリアで、現在はやや収束しつつあるようだが依然キタの違法売春窟として悪名高い。 中には浅はかな欲望に負けて街娼とホテルに入るやいなや昏睡強盗に遭うケースもある。 兎我野町の夜は修羅の国と化す。 そんな胡散臭い街中にドデーンと巨大な看板を掲げる「」。 ピンクタウンのど真ん中で存在感著しい。 キタのリーズナブルな宿としてボロいながらも定評のあるホテルだ。 兎我野町界隈にあるラブではない貴重なホテルの一軒。 角を曲がるとまたもう一つ巨大なホテル関西のネオン看板が…創業40年以上になる老舗の風格漂う巨大看板は、今なお周囲のいかがわしい店に張り合うかのようだ。 きっと看板の「ビジネス」の文字は後から取り付けられたものだろう。 場所柄どうしてもラブホと間違われるからである。 クソ怪しい歓楽街を前に関西人にとっては見慣れたロゴのビルがある。 関西テレビの旧本社ビルである。 扇町キッズパークに移転する前はこんな怪しい場所に本社があったのだ。 ちなみにすぐ東側の野崎町には読売新聞大阪本社ビルもあって、マスコミ関係が多いちょっとしたオフィス街。 つくづく大阪は雑多な都会である。 エリアから記事を探す• 373• 108•
