Staff friendly and very helpful especially reception and breakfast staff. Hotel reception areas, bar and food area very clean, just a little disappointed in cleanliness of our room. Needed a deep clean, nuts at back of drawer, dust on headboards, venting and skirting boards. Beds made and clean towels daily but no cleaning of balcony or dressing tables. However would definitely stay here again. Breakfast was excellent lots to choose from. I would have to say this hotel looks really nice from the lobby, but once you get to your room you see how run down it is and it badly needs to be updated. The people working the front desk are amazingly nice but the hotel really could use some niceness added to the rooms. They smelled old and felt old, we decided to only stay here one night because of this and moved to a better hotel the next night. The location is nice, but overall we didn't feel it was worth our comfort to stay there longer.
