HTB北海道テレビ 札幌の特別支援学校の保護者が、スクールバスを利用する生徒たちが暴行を受けているのではと訴え、学校が調査に乗り出していた事がわかりました。 先週、札幌にある「北海道札幌伏見支援学校」で開かれた保護者説明会。 学校側「今後教育局と道教委と連携して進めていきますので、今この場でお伝えしていくとは…」 保護者「じゃあ今日説明会に来た意味がない。 現在もバスに乗っている子どももいる」 説明会で怒りをあらわにする保護者たち。 そのきっかけとなったのが、複数の子どもたちの手や足、体についたアザだ。 保護者「（こどもに）どうしてできたの？」って聞いてもモゴモゴモゴって喋るぐらいで」 別の保護者「あざがついて帰ってくるというのがしょっちゅうあったので」 支援学校の小・中・高等部には、知的障害のあるおよそ１２０人の児童・生徒が通っていて、そのほとんどが、道から委託された会社が運行するスクールバスで登校している。 バスを利用する１０人近くの子どもたちに確認されているというアザ。 いったい何があったのか。 保護者側が訴えるのは、スクールバス車内での暴行の疑いだ。 元添乗員「パチンとかたたくような音／見なくてもこれははたいてるなって音、蹴飛ばしてるなって思う音が常にあった」 子どもたちへの暴行はあったのか。 スクールバスを運行する会社に尋ねると。 バス会社「足蹴りをしたり、たたきつけたりはあり得ないです。 そういうことがあればすぐに連絡が来るシステムになっています」 会社側は職員１人１人に聞き取り調査を行い、暴行の事実はないと確認したという。 アザの原因についても添乗員らは無関係だと主張した。 スクールバスには、前方に車内の様子を確認するためのカメラが設置されている。 しかし…。 元添乗員ＯＮ「カメラも付いているけどけど見えないところでやっている。 死角で」 バスを運行する会社は暴行の事実はないとしたうえで、ＨＴＢの取材にこう話した。 バス会社「（添乗員らは）子どもたちに髪を引っ張られたり、眼鏡を取られたり、噛みつかれたりしている」 そのようなときに反射的にとった行動が誤解を招いていると主張している。 支援学校側は、ＨＴＢに対し、事実確認中のため取材には応じられないとしている。 HTB北海道テレビ.
